Ingredients: • 450 g chopped sweet potato • 10 g butter • 4 tbsp rice flour • 8–10 garlic cloves, minced • ½ tbsp white sesame seeds • ½ tbsp black sesame seeds • 1 tbsp flax seeds • Chili flakes,salt & black pepper, to taste • Oil for brushing
Method: 1️⃣ Steam sweet potato until soft and mash well. 2️⃣ Mix in butter, salt, rice flour, garlic, sesame seeds, flax seeds, chili flakes & black pepper to form a smooth dough. Let rest 20 mins. 3️⃣ Roll small balls, place on an oiled baking sheet, cover with another oiled baking paper, and press flat using a glass or bowl. 4️⃣ Air fry at 180°C for 15–18 mins until golden & crispy. 5️⃣ Cool completely and store in an airtight container with a pinch of rice flour or corn flour to absorb moisture.
💡 Tip: These chips can stay crispy for up to 7 days if stored properly. Reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 mins to bring back crunch if required.
