Hi, I very recently bought a Vertuo machine and on the website it says I can claim 50 free coffees plus a tub of collagen. All great. When I pick my coffees and get to delivery, it says I have to pay £37.50?
Literally what is free about that? Can anyone help plz thanks

It applies to 50 capsules or a value “x” and charges the difference, or a pre-determined package of 50 capsules listed on the website. It varies from country to country, I believe you can’t choose… sorry.
Check if the total value appears (as if it were a normal purchase) and a significant bonus/discount line.
If so, that’s it. Oh, the promotion is conditional on having purchased from a registered/accredited Nespresso partner or from Nespresso itself. Any other location or third party is not eligible.
If the discount or pre-selection of coffees doesn’t appear, check if you registered the machine on the Nespresso website and entered the invoice number from the partner where you bought the machine or the invoice from Nespresso itself.
If nothing works, contact customer service.

Hi thanks everyone for your advice so far! The two nespresso bag icons in the bag is the promotion and then it removed. I read the fine print, selected the coffees and it still comes up as needing to pay so I can either accept defeat or just pay for I want because a sleeve of 10 is approx £7 anyway lol
I did this recently.
Basically the 50 free are on top of whatever you buy. I got 3 packs of pods, then my basket showed the offer the same as yours with the offer for however much, then a minus for the cost of the coffee. When it arrived I had 50 free pods, plus the 3 packs I ordered which totalled 80 pods.
This looks like the same thing for you, because as you can see at the top of the page, the basket is showing 101 items (it counts pods individually) so it looks like you’re buying 50 pods, plus 50 free to take it to 100.
Sadly you can’t choose, and I got an overwhelming amount of vanilla flavour pods, and I can’t stand them!
