    On their menu that would be the Bibim Somyun, and on some of the korean menus I can make out the second half of the hangeul which says (transliterated) bibim guksu.

    Somyun are very thin wheat noodles, whereas bibim naengmyeon uses noodles made with buckwheat and starch, but otherwise the two dishes are very similar.

    Whatever the exact name, it’s definitely the “summer noodles that disappear in 3 minutes” category.
