    “S&B Golden Curry” cubes in the flavor “extra hot”. I like to follow the packages directions but also add garlic, ginger, and 1 thai chili for extra spice. I used chicken stock instead of water.

    I get my udon noodles from the freezer section at a local Asian market. They boil in less than 5 mins, ice bath, and drop into curry.

    Chicken cutlets is from a previous freezer meal prep few weeks ago. All I gotta do is take one out of the freezer and pan fry until reads 155F.
