  1. I love making a chicken pot pie,make it just like you do but I put mine in a cast iron skillet something about that makes its so good.

  2. That looks delicious! And that crust looks great. I do not like the green peas either so I use frozen green beans and I do add some (frozen) corn to the carrots, celery, onion and I like some cubed potatoes in it too. I don't know how to make homemade crusts so I have used the puff pastry on top. I have been trying to learn to make chicken pot pie from scratch, I bet this tastes as good as it looks. Thank you for demonstrating how you make it.

  3. Looks great I would like to try it. What size dish do you use and depth ? Do you not have to pre bake the crust first to avoid a soggy bottom?
