Honestly curious. Rotisseries usually allow fat to render and drip onto the other pieces, which encourages flavor development and even browning.

S couple years ago, I took my son to an Oktoberfest and he saw sausage plate on the menu and ordered that. I got the spitfire Ox plate. When we got our food my son took one bite of my Ox and I had to order a second plate lol. We split the sausages and then when we were leaving, I had to order him a plate to go to share with Grandpa. He immediately got to my grandpa and was like, “Look how good this is!” And shoveled a huge bite into his own mouth hahaha.
