Well i think its the number 1 way to cook ANYTHING but, you cant grill all the time. Thighs are pretty dang good any where you cook them, inside, outside, baked, fried, whatever,thighs be gooood!

Almost anything cooked over charcoal is better. Meat over coal just delights the human senses in so many ways. It tickles something primal when something is eaten fresh off an open flame. And chicken thighs are always a solid option.

Hell yeah brother!! I bought a rotisserie kit on Amazon for 30$ and simply added it to my charcoal grill. It was a total game changer.

Pellet grill does a good job, too. Just get it to the right temp/smokiness.
I need to make some Peruvian smoked chicken soon. Usually done with charcoal. But absolutely deliciouw.

Grilled Chicken on coals is hands down the best
