According to their Facebook post each bowl has 307 cals and 16g of protein.. however when I checked the website it says it's 147 cals with 8 grams protein…
Am I reading this correctly 🥲 new to calorie counting and its making tracking a bit difficult

What does the nutrition information on the actual box say? I would not go by what you see on the website, because that could be for a different version of the product.
