I made these cookies & cream and chocolate dipped strawberries for a quick Valentine’s Day treat. They come together fast, don’t require baking, and use sugar-free chocolate. Great for a simple dessert or snack when you want something sweet but easy.

    12strawberries
    ½ cup Lily’s semi-sweet chocolate chips
    ½ cup Lily’s cookies & cream chocolate chips
    Parchment paper or waxed paper

    Instructions:
    1. Rinse strawberries and pat completely dry with paper towels. Any moisture will prevent the chocolate from sticking.
    2. Line a baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper.
    3. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
    4. Melt the cookies & cream chocolate chips in a separate bowl using the same method.
    5. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
    6. Place dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
    7. Let the chocolate set at room temperature for about 10–15 minutes, or refrigerate briefly until firm.

    Total time: about 15 minutes.
