Recipe
∙ Butter (Generous amount)
∙ 1 medium onion (finely diced)
∙ 3 Garlic cloves (minced)
∙ 2 teaspoons dried thyme
∙ 2 teaspoons dried oregano
∙ 250 grams of White button mushrooms
∙ Salt & pepper
∙ 1 tablespoon flour
∙ 500ml Fresh cream
∙ ¼ cup dry white wine (optional, but HIGHLY recommended)
∙ Spaghetti

Friende, om mee te begin, ek het gedink julle MOET n restaurant iewers he, tweedens die sagte jazz musiek in die agter grond is fantasties, laat my terug dink aan my jong dae wanneer ek n meisie uit gevat het na n Chinese restaurant in Sunnyside PTA, "Non King" en sweet n sour pork geeet het, met n bottel Goldtrophen wyn dit was so romanties, my meisie het sommer haar glas wyn om gestamp van die ongeloflikke atmosfeer.
