This easy 5 minute hummus recipe is so creamy smooth without the seed oils and it’s delish!😋 I’ve already started blending it up with different flavours like olives 🫒 and roasted peppers🌶️ and it was so yummy and my kids can’t get enough of it 🥰
INGREDIENTS
1 15oz can chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
1/4 cup water (add more if needed to blend)
2 tablespoons tahini
1 lemon, juiced
1-2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Add everything into a small high speed blender (you can use a food processor but it won’t be as creamy smooth)
2. Transfer to an air tight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
3. Enjoy right away with crackers, falafels, as a veggie dip , etc.
