First time trying this brand after many recommendations from this sub.
I'd have to say, it's pleasantly spicy. Not at all what I expected in taste. I'm not sure what I expected, but I quite like the heat level. If I'm craving something spicy, I know I can pull this out.

This company makes a handful of sauces that have great flavor and decent heat. Nothing I’ve found of theirs is “challenge worthy,” but they’re all excellent on food.

I have the Yucateco hab and ghost open as well as Melinda’s ghost. Both are good sauces. Both have heat. Yucateco is a bit rough and pepper forward. Melinda’s is smoother, as hot and tastier in the opinion of one.

Most of their usual sauces AFAIK don’t have that tomato flavor added. It’s their regular habanero pepper sauces (green, red or extra hot) that got me & probably a lot of other people hooked on hot sauce. Wish my grocery store didn’t replace the red & extra hot versions with this one TBH, although it is good for heat it’s not really something I want to put on everything.

A little bit too smoky and burnt tasting for my liking. I wanted to like it. I realized why I didn’t after seeing it had extract.

I always reach for this when I want to clean out my sinuses. Very hot when applied liberally. But not my favorite flavour.

Their green is a classic. Nothing fancy, or crazy hot, just solid. Their black label reserve is my favorite. It’s made from fire-roasted habaneros, and has a smoky flavor.

Flavour wise it doesn’t top the xxx Mayan but heat wise, it gets the job done. You’re gonna have a good time lol
