    It sounds interesting, and I would try but at some point I think it might be diminishing returns doing sweet bread grilled cheese. But having not tried I can’t judge. The bread does sound good, and if you like it, you like it. I would definitely give it a try before a chocolate croissant grilled cheese, that’s for sure.

    This cheese is great! But for me, a little definitely goes a long way, it’s incredibly rich. This looks interesting, I might try that. I have done it with sourdough and it was nice.
