It's grilled turkey slices, a french omelet, and chicken Ramen that has been fried and wrapped around the previous two items.

Ramlette is an actual dish. That said, the Ramlette I’m familiar with has ramen inside the egg, so it’s a bit different from the one you made. It seems well made for something that could be called “shitty food,” and the photo lighting looks good too.
