A lot of good reads about Gaggia, and mostly less with PID mod. Do you miss not having a PID? How do you manage changing the roast types which need different temperature? Thansk and nice setup🙌

I absolutely love the warm vibes of the pic, man. I’m also loving the Gaggia Classic with brass boiler. Mine is an E24, currently playing with a bottomless Normcore Slim and an IMS basket. Quite happy with the results – and the extra vertical space to fit in the balance without having to change the tray.

Throw a Gaggimate Pro on that thang. My E24 is a pretty Decent machine after adding one 4 month ago.
