   1 garlic clove, finely grated
   2 anchovy fillets (optional)
   1 egg yolk
   1 tbsp dijon
   2 tbsp lemon juice (about half a lemon)
   1/2 cup olive oil
   1/3 cup finely grated parmesan
   Black pepper
   Salt

   chicken dredgin
   -flour, salt, pepper
   -3 eggs, splash of milk
