Giada De Laurentiis is headed to the 2026 Winter Olympics.
The celebrity chef will be traveling to Milan with NBC’s Today as a correspondent. In honor of the role, she’s collaborating with Peroni on limited-edition Nastro Azzurro gold bottles made with 5k gold caps and hand-stitched blue ribbon
The Peroni campaign, which is the latest partnership in a two-year collaboration between the Food Network alum and the Italian beer brand, encourages fans to celebrate their own “blue-ribbon moments” during the Olympic Games
“I think we all have them and we need to learn to really slow down and celebrate those moments, because at the end of the day, those are the memories that we create, and I think Italians do a really great job at doing that,” DeLaurentiis says.
The Super-Italian cookbook author already has big culinary plans for the trip.

“I’m going to take people on a Milanese food tour through making fresh pasta and eating the best osso buco and the risotto alla Milanese and veal Milanese and all of the specialties that are from that region,” she says.
“I’m going to teach the anchors how to make fresh pasta,” she adds. “It’s going to be a whole really fun adventure.”
She’s also looking forward to visiting the Dolomites mountain range in northeastern Italy.
“I love to downhill ski,” she says, noting that the activity holds special memories.

“I grew up skiing and I grew up going to Cortina and going to the Alps to ski and the Dolomites with my family, and it’s a big tradition,” she says.
De Laurentiis’s boyfriend, Shane Farley, will be accompanying her on the European excursion.
“I’m hoping we’re going to stop in Paris for a couple of days,” she says. “I have my nephew that goes to school there. He’s in cooking school in Paris. So we’re going to go see him for a couple of days.”
“We’re going to have to do something special for the Super Bowl, because that’s number one on [Farley’s] list, along with our Peronis,” she adds. “I think it’ll be a very special Valentine’s, but I don’t have something specific yet. Maybe it’ll just be a gold bottle in our room.”
Fans can enter to win one of the Peroni Gold Bottles during limited-time drops at PeroniUSA.com/NastroAzzurro, with a select number also available for purchase.
