Sharpie’s Pizza & Cocktails is an absolute must-hit if you’re anywhere near the Salt Shed. Legit some of the best Detroit-style pizza I’ve had in the city and I don’t say that lightly. The crust is thick but airy, crispy on the edges, and somehow still light enough that you don’t feel wrecked halfway through.

We went in hungry and did it right. Pepperoni pile up was exactly what you want it to be. Cups crispy, edges caramelized, sauce on point. The Sharpie’s beef was ridiculous in the best way. Messy, flavorful, and gone way too fast. The wings might honestly be the sleeper hit though. Carolina BBQ with that perfect balance of tangy and sweet and cooked exactly how wings should be.
Even the kale Caesar deserves a shoutout. I know, it’s a salad, but the crushed Goldfish crackers were a wild move that totally worked. Crunchy, salty, and somehow not gimmicky.

Every single thing we ordered hit. No misses. If you’re heading to a show at the Salt Shed or just want a place that actually lives up to the hype, put Sharpie’s on your list. This place rules.
