    My favorite in-flight meal! I’ve never had it with doenjang soup though, only seaweed soup.

    Sometimes I get a craving for Korean Air’s bibimbap and make it at home as closely as I can, with seaweed soup.

    Pro tip:
    – ask for 2 x gochujang
    – put 2 spoons of the soup into the rice to help mix and add extra umami
