It takes a few tries (atleast for me) to get that great and creamy texture but once you get it done, , you'll never mess it up anymore.
I will still have to practice some more to get that perfect creaminess

    I can get it, but I still have times when I overheat and melt the cheese, breaking the sauce. I’m not sure how to get it consistently.

    ngl, I always grind more pepe on my caio e pepe too! Can never have too much pepe in your stepe!

  4. Do you remember the recipe? Like how much pecorino and pasta. I made this pasta 4 times. The first three were edible but my fourth try, my cheese curdled and discouraged me.
