NORTH CANTON, Ohio — Pav’s Creamery is getting ready for the Super Bowl kickoff with an ice cream lineup that could only come from Northeast Ohio.

Back by popular demand, Lawson’s Chip Dip Ice Cream is returning just in time for the big game — and this time, it’s bringing backup in collaboration with the Winking Lizard.

Pav’s is debuting a new flavor inspired by Winking Lizard’s Hot Honey Peach Wing Sauce, giving fans a sweet-and-spicy way to join the football festivities.

“These game-day flavors are our way of celebrating local food traditions,” Nik Pappas, co-owner of Pav’s Creamery, said in a press release. “Lawson’s and Winking Lizard are staples here, and bringing their signature tastes into ice cream form is something fun and unexpected for the biggest weekend in sports.”

The limited-edition pints ($6.50 each) are available for online pre-order now through Feb. 5 for pickup at Pav’s locations in Cuyahoga Falls, Bath, North Canton and Green. They’ll then hit the freezer case Feb. 6–8 and will be available until sellout.

Pav’s, a family-run operation that’s been scooping since 1969, is known for collaborating with local brands on inventive small-batch flavors. Pav’s initially released its Lawson’s onion-dip-flavored ice cream last August to huge fanfare, and that run sold out quickly.

Fans can pre-order online at pavscreamery.com.
