After watching Culinary Class Wars (흑백요리사) on Netflix recently, I suddenly couldn’t stop craving gimbap and tteokbokki, so I decided to make them at home.
Classic gimbap usually includes ham, imitation crab, and pickled radish, but I left those out this time.
I’ve heard a lot about them not being the healthiest, so I used whatever ingredients I already had at home instead.
And honestly — dipping gimbap into the tteokbokki sauce was the best part.
Simple, comforting, and exactly what I was craving.
