Korean Spicy Minced Pork with Rice

    Redoing one of my past meal preps. Minced protein is always so much easier to meal prep!

    Cooking
    – Browned minced meat and removed after 4 mins
    – Cooked onions/carrots/mushrooms and added garlic/ginger/white scallions and cooked for 5 mins
    – Threw minced meat back in and add sauce, kPreparation:
    – 1kg minced pork marinated with some 2 tbsp cornstarch, 2tbsp cooking wine, 2tbsp soy sauce
    – Diced onions, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms
    – Diced scallions (separate whites/greens)
    – Minced garlic and ginger
    – Prepared sauce of 1.5 tbsp gochujang, 1.5 tbsp gochugaru, 3tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp dark soy sauce, 5 tbsp mirin, 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce and 5tsp sugar

    Cooking
    – Browned minced meat and removed after 4 mins
    – Cooked onions/carrots/mushrooms and added garlic/ginger/white scallions and cooked for 5 mins
    – Threw minced meat back in and add sauce, keep cooking and mixing for around 4 mins
    – Drizzle toasted sesame oil at the end after turning off the stove
    – Garnish with green scallions and sesame seedseep cooking and mixing for around 4 mins
    – Drizzle toasted sesame oil at the end after turning off the stove
    – Garnish with green scallions and sesame seeds

    What’s the big leafy green? I thought spinach or bok choy
