Looking for the best place to get Alambre

When I lived in Champaign IL my go to take out meal from several places was steak alambre. With the steak, bacon, peppers, onions, cheeeeese and tortillas on the side. I’ve found it kinda hard to find something similar to what I’ve had in Champaign, in the city. Maybe little old me is not looking in the best places, but I’d love to expand my reach and try new places!! Any suggestions on where I can get some??
