Solid. I always add some chopped Anaheim peppers as well.

Did you add salt and lime juice? I add it to mine and that usually makes it more liquid.

I love pico de gallo so much.
I also use it as a base for a lazy tortilla soup! (Like if you have extra). It’s got pretty much all the veggie ingredients right there.

It honestly just might be my favorite food item. I’ll eat it for breakfast with eggs, lunch on burger, dinner with tacos, and then a late night snack with some chips. There is no time of day I am not craving some Pico.
