  1. Make it as a casserole kraut, corned beef cheese & alternate bake abt 20 minute. 350 until cheese is melted

  2. Just so you know, bacteria, both good and bad, will only survive for just a handful of seconds at 212F. At 375F, that time drastically decreases. Since it doesn’t seem imperative to have the sauerkraut in the oven, it’s probably best to wait for the meat rolls to be out of the oven before adding the sauerkraut. That way this beneficial bacteria stay alive, at least for the most part since you are still putting it in a hot surface (the melted cheese).

  3. I have a tip; since heat kills the probiotic goodness of the kraut, try adding the kraut after heating up the meat and cheese. Those look amazing!

  4. Great idea! Going to make some with a spicy Russian dressing and I think I’ll put them under the broiler for a min after rolling them.

  5. You can also do your shaved corned beef, 2 table spoons of your Healthy Mayo, a 16 oz package of sauerkraut, 8 oz of shredded Swiss and 8 oz of shredded cheddar. Throw it all together including the sauerkraut juice in a crock pot. Let it simmer until it's all melted and hot. Super yummy of course with the little mini rye bread but you don't want to do that so just put a little in a bowl and eat it!

  6. I don't know how you can use the Chosen avocado oil mayo. I was all excited about it until I tasted it and I don't know if it was a jar gone bad or that is just how it is. I couldn't get clarification from the company – all they wanted to do was send me a coupon (so I can buy more bad tasting stuff?).

  7. Too bad they take so much space on the sheet pan. Only making 6 of them, your appetizers will feed two people and be gone in 60 seconds

  8. I’m look to do Carnivore to lose weight & help with fatigue – is your husband carnivore, as he looks somewhat overweight, so i’m a little confused ?

  9. Jesus people make some Sh!t don't they. These look absolutely disgusting. Make sure you have some Budwiser along with these so you have extra stinky liquid farts the next day. Where do people get these crazy ideas? BTW the tradition sauce with Rubens is Russian dressing not 1,000 Island. If you're going to eat like a pig the sauce doesn't matter much does it.
