So about a week ago I posted about selling ramen for the first time, I did it again today!
I served:
Beef shoyu ramen with chashu like chuck roast, shiitake and oyster mushroom, ajitama, corn and green onions.
Chicken shio ramen with chicken chashu, shiitake mushroom, ajitama, green onion and bok choy.
(The plated bowl is what I ate from what was left)
