Too much water, not enough light.

Shooting from the hip but thats what my gut tells me. A plant that big should be under some serious intense light.

Many things can be wrong. When you ask questions about this you should give as much information as you can. How much lights it gets, how much and often you water it and do you have fertilized it and how much 😊

It’s burned, too much fertilizer, it should be closer to 2 grams max in distilled water. 6 grams in tap is burning territory. Calcium nitrate is not one single salt but two, you can’t get rid of the calcium. Some peppers are more dramatic, when I burned some they either died or basically stayed the same size for months.

OP, I’ve see something like this before, but not until months after sprouting. In this situation, it’s a soil issue. The plant is still small so if you can put it into new soil. In order to do that just gently take it out and knock most of the dirt off. Likely really unbalanced soil, or contaminated soil. The reason I say this is the first leaves are still fine so it ain’t dead but it seems a tad “leggy” and all the leaves are about the same size when they should have been increasing in size. Honestly if you do that, I think new growth will occur any a more healthy and sustainable rate.
