🍓 *Pistachio Kataifi*
4 tbsp (57g) unsalted butter
3 cups (150g) shredded kataifi

♡ Cook over medium heat until golden
♡ Allow to cool slightly

1 cup (300g) pistachio cream (I use Pisti brand)
1 tbsp tahini (if you have it on hand)

♡ *Spread onto a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 15-30 minutes*

🍓 *Strawberries*
1 pound of strawberries (washed with vinegar and dried)

🍓 *Chocolate*
380g milk chocolate (I used 2 Lindt bars and 1 Cadbury bar)
1 tsp oil (I used coconut oil, but any oil will work)

♡ *After wrapping the kataifi on the strawberries, freeze again for 15-30 minutes, then dip in chocolate*

📝 *Notes*
♡ You most likely won’t use all 1lb of strawberries! It depends on how big or small your strawberries are. I used about 17 strawberries 🙂
