Fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor 😋 This Cilantro Lime & Avocado Chicken Salad is healthy, high in protein, and perfect for meal prep, lunch, or a quick dinner 🥰

CILANTRO LIME CHICKEN SALAD INGREDIENTS:
For the chicken:
► 2 lbs. chicken breast
► Avocado oil
► 1 tsp Garlic Powder
► 1 tsp Salt
► 1 tsp Onion Powder
► 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
► Some boiling water
► 1/2 white onion
► 1 garlic head
► 2 bay leaves
► 1/2 tsp pepper corn
► 1/2 tbsp better than bouillon
For the dressing:
► 2 avocados
► Small bunch of cilantro
► 1 tomatillo
► 2 garlic cloves
► 1/2 jalapeño
► 1 serrano pepper
► 1/4 cup sour cream
► Juice of 2 limes
► 1/3 cup of milk
► 1/2 tsp white pepper
► 1 tsp better than bouillon
For the salad:
► 1/2 red onion
► 1/2 English cucumber
► 1 serrano pepper
► 1 can of chickpeas
► 1 can of corn
► Salt to taste
► Some tostadas (optional)

I make my original & delish chicken salad… I utilize breast meat of broil chicken, removing the skin… grape, tomatoes, pink onions, pickles cut small (no seeds) mayo, salt, lots of pepper & mustard gray poupon special ingredient seedless white grapes cut in halves… adds a tangy tart/sweet touch to it❤delish
    Has a Mediterranean delicate taste. My friends loves it!
