I love finding little neighborhood spots with solid takeout even if they aren’t life changing or Chicago-famous, so I wanted to share. This is a little hole in the wall with $15 ramen. Definitely a Thai restaurant with a few ramen choices added to the menu, so my expectations were limited. But it’s freaking cold outside and I NEEDED some ramen and it was right there by another errand I was running. Wow did it hit the spot! The broth was just as flavorful as I had hoped and they packed up it up separately from the noodles to keep things from getting soggy. Next time I will try the Tom Kha soup and report back.

Nice! I live nearby and order takeout here pretty often.

The menu is pretty extensive, I usually just get Pad Thai and an app or two (solid crab Rangoon). Will have to try the ramen!

  2. They have my favorite Duck Curry in the city. To die for.

I miss it when that spot was Spoon Thai. Sen’s spice levels are a little underwhelming even for a white person.
