I like that it’s only written in German, Russian and rest of the World. They now their customers well.

  2. Muted_Masterpiece535

Man those meat strips look like it came out of a can of catfood.

  3. Affectionate-Box-724

I wonder/hope if this is more for people with food sensitivities or allergies like garlic onion gluten etc and the “healthy” part is a bit of a mistranslation?

  4. AmItheonlySaneperson

Hey it’s keto minus the rice.

  5. Senior-Book-6729

Plain rice is fine imo but yeah the rest looks way too bland. I hope it’s at least salted

  6. Sidewalkdrugstore

    They said healthy, not tasty.🤣🤣🤣🤣

  7. TeacatWrites

This could give that poster in r/hospitalfood being tormented by low-histamine broccoli every day some nasty flashbacks. At least there’s meat in this one, I guess.

  8. SunderedValley

Wait WTF I recall this exact BS lineup from like 2013 when we were there.

The temperance movement really fucked us. Health = bland should’ve never become a thing.

The food in Egypt really was hit or miss.

Hey, at least they’re truly inclusive. Many people recovering from severe gastrointestinal illnesses like pancreatitis can’t eat anything beyond simple boiled foods with little to no seasonings and fats.

It just seems like they went overboard on the healthy side and ended with hospital food instead.

There’s gym bros salivating at this rn

Why you hitting up the healthy food section at an all inclusive resort?

  13. Ok-Wrongdoer-2179

Tell them that you want to see pork and shrimp put out, on the buffet table.

  14. GrapefruitWhich5950

Get out of there .the food outside is so much better.

‘Healthy food’ may be translated to

Food for health, or rather food for your health meaning those with a health condition.

It could be for people who need spice free food due to gut/stomach issues, people who take certain meds and need plain food, children who have particular food requirements etc

  16. Gobbyer

Its like basic Finnish food, zero seasoning. Salt and pepper is like gourmet

  17. Fun-Chef623

This is reminiscent of what constitutes “typical food” in Cuba.

  18. Elohengee

They’re missing the unseasoned ice cubes.

  19. PokketMowse

Actually, this is pretty nice of them. I have celiac disease and know people with other highly restrictive diets like low-sodium, low-sugar, no-spice, and other things that take our joy out of eating but keep us healthy. : (
If they keep the salt and pepper or whatever separate, you can just add your own. And if it’s all inclusive, I’m sure they had lots of other delicious options available for people whose guts don’t hate them!

Stupid, yes. Technically not wrong though

  21. Bl00dWolf

Haven’t you heard? Healthy is when no spice.

  22. PicklesAndCoorslight

I honestly think this is fair.

  23. Pssh a bit of hot sauce and I’m going to town( I have ibs)

  24. Jedyates

I just got back from an Egyptian resort and their health section was boiled chicken, boiled rice and boiled veg.

  25. AgentSkidMarks

Maybe you and I are just built different but I don’t go on vacation to eat healthy foods.

  26. No-Shirt248

Looks pretty healthy to me, what’s the issue?

  27. No_Cartoonist981

To be fair with my and my family’s restrictions having this as an option on the side for every meal, with the bottle of hot sauce in my bag, would be appreciated

  28. CUMSOCKWITHMILDEW

This is the opposite of stupid lol

  29. Own_Lobster6842

I mean.. it is healthy. If you don’t want it, go to the unhealthy section lol

  30. Hairy_S_TrueMan

I watched a video with some rural Pakistani people talking about food, and they were saying unspiced food is healthier than food with a lot of spices in it. I guess every culture has their food health myths (we certainly have many of our own in the US) and maybe Egyptians also think plain food is healthier.

  31. passabletrap

I doubt they found a good translation for gym-rat

  32. LongjumpingCourse988

I mean as someone with IBS this would be heaven on a bad day lol
