Buy a hand grater and real parmiggiano reggiano. I know it’s kind of expensive but it lasts forever (wrap it in cheese paper, not plastic). And the taste will send you to another dimension.
Btw, scrambled eggs, with a little fresh grated pargiggiano reggiano, a drizzle of white trufle oil, and some cracked black pepper is the goat, and so easy to make.
