


My daily breakfast that keeps me full until 6 pm. I always have to have half an avocado on 2 40 cal toast and 2 fried eggs in 1 tsp olive oil with garlic powder and salt and then 2 cups steamed cabbage seasoned with mushroom powder and garlic powder oregano and 2 tbs mozzarella cheese and then any 2 fruit I have available and 2 veggies cooked or raw
