
4 calories a PACKAGE!! I literally only need like 1/3 a pack to sustain me through meals. Just be careful cuz it’s fibre packed but having some in moderation everyday is sooooo helpful for curbing cravings and putting any hunger off a bit between meals.

I love the strawberry kiwi one in your picture, I’d say it’s my favorite.
Does it hurt your stomach? Can you eat a pouch in one sitting or better not?
I’ve seen these posted before, but why is konjac jelly so popular? Is it a good alternative for sweets or is it the nutritional value?
