I keep seeing posts about people making chili mac, I really want to try it. I love both dishes, and combined, that sounds good to me!

I don’t have any objection to the chili-macaroni combo. But not out of the pot. It’s unsanitary if you only eat part of it and leave part, and it’s an unhealthy amount to eat all at once. And it’s psychologicallyk unhealthy to eat that way.
If you can afford a head of lettuce, a few tomatoes and an onion, make a small salad or side of those things. give yourself a portion on a plate. Put the rest away cleanly in the refrigerator, and eat at the table, even if you’re by yourself and just amusing yourself with. your phone or a book. Better for your sense of dignity.
