I moved to the west coast like a decade ago and peeps don’t understand the magic of being able to walk into any NY deli and ask for a BEC with SPK, and you get exactly the same thing, and it comes on a Kaiser roll.
People on the west coast literally dont even know what a Kaiser roll is. But it is essential for the perfect BEC.
