It’s people like yourself that make me believe human creativity will always break through whatever tries to suppress it.
We need more cheese steak variations like this. And I don’t even like horseradish sauce but I know a lot of people do and it’s a classic pairing with beef. Simple flavors combined to make something new from what we all know.
I wonder how a really excellent mushroom sauce, instead of mostly raw or completely slimy mushrooms, would be on a cheese steak.
