This is a habanero I “overwintered” I did not prune or anything just brought it in and it continued to stay alive and create this new leaves . I take it out when there’s sunlight and bring it inside when dark since it cold in Texas . Is this a light issue , nutrient issue , or some type of fungus thing ?

First time trying to keep a plant alive through winter without a grow light , pruning , (except for. One failed one ) or any fancy fans or grow tent just let it do its thing . I’m looking out for aphids rn tho

Sunburnt leaves , since you keep bringing it inside and out the plant isn’t getting a chance to harden off and get used to the intense light. I would keep it inside until you can bring it out full time and then gradually harden it off to get used to full sun again.
