Ham and radish soup with noodles. Using the Xmas ham bone for a stock, the last of the ham, and some radishes that were in the discount section at Morrisons. Ginger, garlic and celery. It was very nice if I do say so myself.
Does anyone else still have Xmas detritus in the freezer that needs using up?
