Planning to use the whole roasted chicken for the chicken salad and for a chicken Caesar salad. Gonna make a batch of the bourbon chicken for weekday lunches. Italian sausage and peppers will be for subs and maybe one night on a pizza.

Is it just me, or is it just so satisfying to have a plan and see it somewhere besides just in my head? I always feel a little ridiculous pride when I use something in a few different meals (whole chicken FTW!) 😁😁
