Crafted for comforting yet refined everyday dining, the redesigned selections bring renewed life to beloved Italian dishes for both lunch and dinner.

Guests can enjoy shared plates of pastas and premium steaks for intimate meals, or indulge in generous spreads perfect for family gatherings, from appetizers to decadent desserts. Signature favorites include the classic lasagna with USDA beef ragout and béchamel, a lighter mushroom soup, and the hearty Australian Wagyu Carrara M9 rib eye.

Led by Chef de Cuisine Joel Manchia, the culinary team also introduces new creations such as artisanal orecchiette with king prawns and broccoli, and aubergine parmigiana with confit garlic and semi-dried tomatoes, ideal for solo diners or groups alike.
