Got pita bread on sale at Whole Foods. Best easy ways to eat it?
Picked up some classic white pita bread on sale at Whole Foods.
I usually just eat it plain or with hummus, but I feel like I’m missing out 😅
How do you use pita bread?

Easy? I’d lightly toast it and put a little butter on it. Or use it to scoop hummus or tzatziki something like that

We’ve got a restaurant in town that stuffs them with the meat of your choice, chicken, lamb, schwarma, beef or polish sausage, lettuce and tomato and your choice of salad dressing. The also offer vegetarian ones with grilled zucchini or eggplant or other veggies and stuff.

I’m partial to [arayes](https://www.recipetineats.com/arayes-lebanese-meat-stuffed-pita/). You can make them cheap with petty much any meat/fillings & they freeze decently well too
