I made a green lentil dal with added spinach and sweet potato last week. Oh my gosh was that a big hit! My dad who’s a huge carnivore and isn’t a fan of vegetarian dishes loved it 😊 I added some smoked paprika into the dal and that fooled him thinking there was smoked bacon in the dish 🤫
