I poached an egg in a cast iron pan using breakfast sausages as a frame.
Meal courtesy of Lakefront IPA, Glenlivet 14, and replacing an overhead garage door opener. (Cheese, avocado hot sauce, and seasoning salt not pictured)
Edit: Apparently I fried the egg, I didn't poach it. I don't cooking words so good.
