I need an idea for something to do with 28 overripe bananas. I've already used two for banana pancakes. My wife and daughter will probably make some banana bread. I don't want to throw out the rest.

When all else fails, freeze them! You can throw them in the freezer as is or peel them and put em in ziplok bags.

Definitely freeze them. Before freezing, peel them though lol

  3. Dehydrate into banana chips! My wife does them in our dehydrator, but you can achieve the same thing in your oven! Delicious

Banana Foster is good for overripe bananas and you get to play with fire

Milk & banana & plain yogurt in blender

    Banana ice cream.

Its 1200% better home made and better than a traditional banana split.

I use the ben and jerrys sweet cream base recipe and add 2 bananas.

But you can really use any basic ice cream or frozen custard recipe and add mashed banana

I make the banana muffins in the Paul Prudhomme cookbook and freeze them. They keep a long time

Banana ppppppppppudding (Steve Martin)! Made with vanilla wafers!

Easy—vanilla or banana pudding mix, milk, wafers and bananas. Layer in casserole dish and refrigerate.

I put two into a zipper sandwich bag smash them flat and freeze them. That way they easily break up for blending and they don’t take up as much space

Overripe bananas? Banana Foster. Bonus: you get to flambé like a pro 😏
