We tried El Perrito on W Stassney and we got instantly hooked. Oh so goooood!!!
We actually went there yesterday and went back today for more. The OG Doggie is awesome. The Doggito is phenomenal. Flautas, street Tacos (carne asada and barbacoa) are excellent. Even the SA fries slap.

They have a combo plate with enchiladas, a taco, and a Gordita that’s also fantastic

They are open at 8 AM Thursday through Sunday. I do not see a breakfast menu. Do they serve breakfast tacos and things with eggs?

I have no shame in this place being my top delivered restaurant on uber eats in 2025. The carne asada tacos quite literally save my life. They also don’t surcharge the shit out of their online delivery. Everything from the agua frescas to the loaded fries… to die for!!!

the only thing I miss about Texas is the Tex-Mex and Mexican food. The bar is set so high there that the average meal in central/south Texas is like the best meal available in most states.
I go back to see my family but I, honestly, really look forward to the food too!
