Mashed Cottage Cheese/firm tofu (150 gms), 2 heaped tablespoons of seed powder/ almond powder/ coconut powder, 1 tbsp psyllium husk, add garlic powder, chilli flakes, ajwain, a lil kasoori methi and pink salt to taste.

Knead the dough using lil hot water and let it rest for 30 mins and it’s worth the wait!

Take a slightly bigger ball size and start rolling in to a flat bread. Honestly, I figured out a very different method to make it, typically how the thalipeeth bread is made, pls check on YouTube.

It turns out really well!

Worth the try!

Looks great! Did you use a fat like ghee or oil?

Firm tofu and cottage cheese have very different moisture contents. Similarly, almond flour and coconut flour react with liquid very differently. I can’t see any of these ingredients swapped with good results. Also you didn’t mention any instructions on how to bake it?
