Thank you
Hi Matt, and thank you for the recipe! Does it matter which kind of peanut butter we use? I only have Natural Jif creamy in the pantry and don't want to waste ingredients if that won't work.
Hi Matt, That is a fast and simple way to make last minute peanut butter cookies. They look delicious and so much easier than other recipes. I must add that your presentations are well explained and I think even children can help out in the kitchen making these cookies without making a mess especially since it involves only three ingredients. Keep up the great work!
Have u ever tried making roasted chickpea nut butter for people that are allergic to peanuts? If u have and if it would work in this recipe I'd love to see it. Also, I always wondered if u could just toast chickpea flour on the stove top to get the roasted flavor than the sheet pan/grind up version..Hummm…🤔
The first time I made this I was skeptical, but it turns out they are the best PB cookies I’ve ever tasted. So many recipes don’t contain enough PB. This one oozes w/PB flavor. They’re fine for putting a Hershey kiss in the middle, too.

I just made these and they turned out great. I also added some chocolate chips just for fun

Trust the process, it's worth it!
I've been searching my recipe books for these. I've made them before but it's been years and I couldn't remember the measurements. My search sent me to you. Thanks for having it posted. My sweet tooth thanks you too.
My dough turned very oily…did i over mix it?
