Bagged veg (i left out a cup of the veggies but used the whole sauce packet so I just called it 3.5 cups?)

Shirataki noodles (whole pack 10 cals) (I also realize not everyone likes/can tolerate these but if you're good with the fiber, I just use them for asian-style applications)

And sriracha! Easy and filling, like a pound of food 🙂
